What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Can I request a late check-out during my stay?
Yes, late check-out can be arranged through the hotel’s reception during your stay, subject to availability and additional charges.
Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all rooms and public areas.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in the hotel. Working dogs excluded.
Location & Transportation
How can I reach the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is located next to the metro station at Omonoia Square, which connects directly to Athens International Airport in approximately 35 minutes. Alternatively, a taxi or private transfer offers a convenient door-to-door option, with a journey time of around 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.
Does the hotel offer airport transfers?
Yes, private airport transfers can be arranged upon request.
Is parking available?
Parking is not available on-site; however, nearby public parking options are available within walking distance.

Policies & Special Requests
What is the hotel’s smoking policy?
All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel. A cleaning fee of €150 may apply in case of violation.
Do you cater to specific dietary requirements?
Yes, specific dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request. Glatt kosher sealed meals are also available at an additional charge. Please contact the hotel in advance for arrangements.
